TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• An Order must be for a minimum of 300 Pieces.
• The Printing of Pocket emblem of the Institution is free Print for Single Color.
• Packing & Lorry freight Charges are extra.
• The Payment can be made directly to the company by a Cross Cheque (or) Demand Draft (or) to the representative authorized for collection in exchange of company’s printed original receipt.
NOTE: Company will not be accountable for payment made to anybody without company’s printed receipt.
• Any oral understanding without representative not mentioned in writing anywhere in the order form is not binding for the company.
• Payment should be cleared immediately (or) as started the order.
NOTE: No Credit will be acceptable.
• Goods once delivered will not be taken back for any reason except for manufacturing mistakes.
• For additional printing work such as stripes numbers etc.., Charges will be extra.
• Any dispute arising out of this transaction will lie within the Jurisdiction of Court Law at Tirupur.
